Man and carabao operate a sugarcane crushing operation in Zamboanga. "Muscovado" is a type of partially refined to unrefined brown sugar with a strong molasses content and flavor. Full caption "Muscavado Mill, Zamboanga, Philippines. The sane stalks are crushed between two cast iron rollers which are run by a blindfolded carabao walking round and round."
