Military ceremony on parade grounds. Camp Keithley was a U.S. Army garrison near Marawi City named for Guy Furnando (Fernando) Keithley, a U.S. Army private killed in action against Moro tribesman on November 14, 1903 and buried in the Army post of Marahui on the island of Mindanao.
